Texas Star Energy was formed in 2019 to provide consulting services in the energy industry. Based out of Houston, TX, we are representing overseas companies that need local presence, but where the company doesn’t have the needs or resources to have its own entity in the U.S.

The founder of Texas Star Energy, Mr. Sjur H. Wie, has 40 years of experience in the energy industries. Mr. Wie has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Western Norway University of Applied Science. After many years in various energy industries in Norway, Mr. Wie moved to the U.S. and to Texas in 2004.

Mr. Wie has worked for several companies in the energy sector in Houston (and Brazil), and has established a wide network of companies and individuals, that will enable Texas Star Energy to provide a variety of services for overseas companies.
